Do you wash every car that comes into your shop with a ticket over $100?

We try to,  how long should it take to clean the wheels wash the car and dry it.
seems like 45 min is the norm . Costs about 300 a week in labor to wash all the cars about 40 – 45 cars washed a week.
Plus it is illegal to wash cars without recycling the water.
There is a dusty empty lot behind our shop so the cars get kinda dirty quick. In the summer its not a big deal cus it rains everyday
Did anyone think of buying a automatic carwash. Costs about 15k to 20k for one like the VW dealer has it takes up only 30 feet and has a tube frame very compact. hardly any moving parts .Used they are about 7k to 10k  the payment is like $400 a month 36 months.
I even read about one shop that gave a free Pit Stop and carwash once a month to any customer who has been in more than 3 times in a row for oil changes.
I hope to get a few answer about this topic thanks Ollie

Maybe you can make a deal with a local gas station / car wash place, and buy bulk car washes for super cheap. Then hand out vouchers when customers come to pick the car up?

Alternatively, you could do the same thing, but take the cars over yourself & have them washed, if you’re trying to deliver the car that way.
