    That’s a good idea with the slideshow – when well done, with good imagery and the right messaging it can be very effective to build empathy (them getting to like you even more). On another note, some of the service lounges I was in charge of also used the flat screen to run their own “advertisements” from very close lying businesses that your customers might enjoy visiting. Like a lunch place, if the repair is being done over the lunch hour. And many of these businesses are happy to pay a small fee such as $50 or so, monthly, for placement on your “advertising channel. Again, the key here is not just to put more advertising into the customers life – rather, building the sense of community (which is reflected in the wording you choose) IS appreciated.
