In the last shop I ran we added an office remodel including walls, tile floors and a new service counter. We had a Keurig coffee bar, small refrigerator with sodas and a fish tank. The owner had very uncomfortable chairs on purpose because he didn’t want customers to wait. We had 12 inch digital picture frames which scrolled the technicians certifications and pictures.
