Most amazing November I’ve had at the shop in 8 years. Car count was up, and every customer approved suggested work. Now to qualify, last November was dismal at best. December is rolling nicely so far too. A new tech and release of a problem tech has a lot to do with it all.

I used E-Auto in the early days, about 7 years ago. It did a great job of confusing my customers. I make the time and do letters and cards myself, often adding a personal PS note to the form letter. I do not care to let anyone have access to my database.
