It is definitely not where I would like it to be. However it does bring in some work and pays for itself. Can’t say it makes us any money by itself but we do sell quite a few two to $3000 jobs off of the oil changes. We do not have an oil change tech in the building so we don’t really get that many calls and don’t advertise it
This must be an old survey. The numbers seem low, or am I the only that the price oil go up since the Democrats came to power?

We no longer do just the “oil change” It is a “Service” that yes does include new oil and a new oil filter, but also a DVI that has the basic 60 point look over with pictures and recommendations from the factory on Recommended, suggested and required. It also checks for and pulls codes and OBD readiness monitors and alignemnt check. It is not a service that supports “waiting” To offset this we offer pick up and delivery, loan vehicles, shuttles etc. to ease the stress to a clients time.
