Check Angie’s List and you’ll see her opinion. She states that the most important part of an oil change may not be the oil change. The most beneficial part is having a professional mechanic inspect your vehicle while the oil change is being performed.
We inform everyone that along with their LOF we wi perform a tire rotation and safety inspection. That way there’s no surprise when we present the inspection results. Vast majority appreciate the inspection.

We use 1.2 for pads& rotors, 1.5 if we add calipers. It’s not enough but if we use AllData times we are priced out of the market. Seems like it paid more time 30 years ago.
