Ok, thank you. I am unfamiliar with the majority of the companies you surveyed. I have had trouble in the past with emails going to customers spam accounts with lesser known companies. Also I didn’t see which of the companies also offered repair information. The only 3 I am familiar with are all data, Mitchell and identifix. I am opening a shop on July 7th and want to have management and repair software ready. I looked at the charts you provided but on my computer they were not very easy to read. I am working on and diagnosing all makes and models as most independent shops do and I favor modern technology and customer communication. Than you for your previous reply.
