I check the reviews weekly as well as test all of our internet marketing, website, etc. to make sure it all functions as designed.
We have 58 reivews on Google and hundreds on many other sites. I focus mainly on Google as that is where the bulk of people are. Rarely will someone go to a directory site to find something.

We have been doing it for over a year now. It has yielded 2 new customers who purchased vehicles we had serviced for a prior owner. Not a “silver bullet” marketing piece, but worth doing with a cost of zero.
We have used them for a year and a half. It has worked flawless. If you have computer savy customers, the service reminders, follow ups, and scheduler are great. 40% of our appointments are scheduled online, many as a result of the reminders. They will do a free demo for you.

I have been using it for about 18 months. Works very well. I would recommend it. The easiest way to get the S/A to remember to ask for email address is to spiff them. We pay $2.00 for each new one they get. I view it as buying a list of people who want to hear from you. Let me know if you have any specific ?’s on it.
We have used it for 4 years. The product was designed by eAuto Club and Mitchell resells it. The latest version 9.0, is much improved with the addition of some marketing capabilities, as well as a tab on your Mitchell screen that takes you directly to the page. All info now resides on your system, not their servers. We really like it.

Up 6% in sales. GP and Net were both up over last year.

We pay 10 to 12 percent of Gross Profit to the advisor. Went to this 5 years ago and it has worked very well. The percentage is on a sliding scale based on the actual GP percentage. 12% is the max percentage,and it comes into play if GP is over 60%.
First we need to look at WHY a tech is moonlighting. If it is because he NEEDS to, to survive, then it is most likely an employer issue.
