Yep I’ve had to cases this past week when clients needed rental cars and we called 8 rental companies within a 20 mile radius and not one of them had a car availble for days. I find it to be B.S.
We send out a newsletter every month by mail. We have been doing it for about 4 years now. It has been a great piece of business marketing. Keeps my name in front of clients and also gives me new business every month with referrals.
