*Comment: Actually, this would only make sense for labor descriptions. We use a comprehensive glossary system for labor, and items can be added directly from a work order. Thus, there is no laborious cut and paste needed. In addition, many shops create kits which include unlimited parts and labor entries, and a single code can quickly create a complete service ticket.
