Look over what has been mentioned as possible replacements for your Management System.  Make a list and do your own research from people not using this forum telling you the best and worse software.  It is not only a personal decision, it is one that you will live with for a long time.

It is not only important to get opinions on how good the software is, you really need to know how well it is supported during set up and afterwards.  Make sure that you have a commitment from your sales person to spend some hours with you during the initial set up because everything that happens after this will be affected.

Not only look at the management system, look at how add ons such as Bolt On Technology can take it and your shop to the next level of success.

Best of luck in your decision.

We use a system called ShopPro by The Advantage Group. We have been involved with these guys since 1990. I can tell you that this system has continually evolved and improved over the years into what I consider one of the best in our field.
